such a fucken awesome fight, I'm beyond impressed by both of them and I can't wait for #3!!

HonestTea 08-20-2016 09:37 PM

I'M NOT SURPRISED MOTHERFUCKER!

bossha 08-20-2016 09:45 PM

Wow great fucken fight. Both fighters went the distance..

neggo 08-20-2016 09:47 PM

Conor faded bad. That weight class puts him at too much of a disadvantage.

Regardless, both put on a crazy performance! Nate deserves that fat payday.

Also lol @ the people who are furious, saying Nate got robbed.

murd0c 08-20-2016 09:50 PM

he faded bad in the 3rd but the second wind in the 4th he did great

Manic! 08-20-2016 10:02 PM

No post fight press conference.

No UFC 202 post-fight news conference this evening, per UFC officials. Media will have chance to speak with fighters via scrums instead.

Conor had a broken foot which probably helps explain how the fight went. He had to be helped to backstage

SkinnyPupp 08-20-2016 11:55 PM

Press interviews are coming out. Conor got the podium

He looks like he wasn't even in a fight :ahwow:

Nate on the other hand:

Diaz bros always look like that after fights. They're like Wand because of all the built up scar tissue on their face, which makes it a lot easier to cut.

jdmhaze 08-21-2016 09:38 AM

Overall great fight from those guys, I'm happy there is going to be #3.

Anyone see what looked to be Texiera's tooth fly out from the Rumble KO?

MarkyMark 08-21-2016 11:59 AM

As great as that fight was I want to see Conor fight someone else next.

#rigged #trilogycashin Kappa :troll: :ilied:

i think he'll either defend 145 like dana said (or vacate) or angle for a 155 title shot next and if he gets that title, make the trilogy a title fight.

PiuYi 08-21-2016 07:19 PM

thought Diaz won that fight, 271 strikes for Diaz vs 190 for McGregor... Diaz had the only takedown of the fight... not to mention round 4 or 5 McGregor was WALKING AWAY from Diaz, it's one thing to pace yourself, be precise and methodical but another to be walking away...

RRxtar 08-21-2016 07:31 PM

That's not how fights are won or lost

Conor undoubtedly won 1,2,4. That wins the fight.

jonwon 08-21-2016 07:52 PM

2 seems to be the round in question. Conor started the round in control, but Nate came on at the end; very reminiscent of the first fight.

bossha 08-21-2016 08:17 PM

I feel the fight couldve went both ways.

Wanted conor to win the decision so we could be in for the treat which is the tie breaker!

SkinnyPupp 08-21-2016 08:19 PM

There's no way Diaz won the fight. If anything you could argue for a draw if you give Diaz a 10-8. But IMO if you are giving 10-8's like that you have to give Conor a 10-8 round 1.

Otherwise no, it was very clear who won each round.

pastarocket 08-21-2016 08:45 PM

-like what McGregor said about Diaz after the fight. Nate is one tough motherfucker.

What a good fight.

Lose a fight by walking away or getting knocked down 3 times? I think the knockdowns are an obvious indicator.

Nate's takedown was also too little too late.

murd0c 08-22-2016 08:25 AM

Nate's big fault was his goal from the start should of been to take Conor down and submit him but instead he stood and lost because of that. Ya he loves to bang but if I was in his shoes he should of played for Conor's weakness which is the ground game.
