When they are listing all Masvidal's big victories, it dawned on me that the guy is super overhyped against someone like Covington.. He beats the "Big Names" and that's a great way to make money in MMA, but unfortunately for him and his fans, he ran into a meat grinder

Edit: rewatched the highlights and man ... what a fight! Two tough MF's.

Phew! What a tactical fight that was. I was worried the judges wouldn't get it right with the dominant rounds, but two of them did for a split decision. Close fight but right guy won, despite the crowd reaction (why are they booing this guy???)
