i think the cut will go well. hes been on his way to 205 for a year so his body will develop and be conditioned to being lighter instead of just trying to cut 50lbs in a month or 2.
Overeem FINALLY left the career killers at the blackzillians and moved his camp back to thailand where he has trained in the past. has dropped some weight and has been working extensively on his cardio.
Mir got approved for TRT/TUE.
Im pretty sure Mir's knees are absolutely wrecked these days. He seems to have alot of trouble moving since he bulked up so heavily since the Lesnar 2/Carwin time and he is usually gassed by the middle of round 2. If the fight gets out of the 1st, its going to be a matter of whoever gasses last, wins. lol But I see the fight going the same was as Barnett/Mir, and Overeem/Bigfoot and Overeem Browne (minus the comeback KOs), with Mir against the fence eating knees.
RIP Mir. Another one of my favorites
PS: Cant remember the last time I legitimately felt bad about a fight because Ive been a super long time fan of both, and the loser is likely done.
