anyone have a gif of the tae hyun bang fight? |
Boring ass card. Rory looked good but not good enough to be a title contender. |

We ended up waiting in the lobby for ~15 minutes and then security said that he wasn't coming out for pictures so we cleared out  |

They do that so there is less people for when he actually comes out. The Tony guy was so funny joking around with him and Bryan was jumping around acting like a fool the whole time. Kept on telling everyone to fuck pics with Joe and take pics with him hahaha |
Son of a bitch! *note to self: never listen to security. |
So people are saying Schaub should have won that decision? I didn't see that at all |

Wish this card was a lot better. Got free tickets was hoping to see some crazy fight but this card was ok. Really wanted to see a knock out. |

Gotta love Mike lol |
Sources: Viacom moving towards replacing Bjorn Rebney with Scott Coker - MMA Fighting If that's true, it's a pretty big deal! Coker is probably the only other successful MMA promoter until he got burned by Fedor |
I agree.. that would be a good move by Viacom.. One thing I'll miss is Dana ranting about Bjorn like he's his ex or something lol EDIT: it's now official. http://www.mmafighting.com/2014/6/18...-danaher-scott I can't wait for Dana to make a tweet about it lol |
wasn't coker working in the backgrounds with zuffa when they bought SF out? or did they just let him go. I thought i saw an interview with him saying he'll still be around after the acquisition. |
Yup he did! but his contract ran out recently so I guess that's why Viacom didn't waste any time grabbing him |

Not sure why you'd be cheering this fact... Small guys + unknown main eventer + known non-draw main eventer + weak undercard + takes place too close to a really big show... We all knew this was going to happen :) Also the crowd was almost 50% papered if you didn't know... They need to cut down the numbers of PPVs, and make them big events. 4-6 a year or something like that, with the biggest stars ONLY fighting on them. If you want to see Bones or Ronda or Anderson, you gotta pay. Otherwise you get Matt Brown and guys like that. That's the best of both worlds, IMO. TV shows can still be entertaining and draw ratings, and PPVs once again become special events that you look forward to for weeks. Either that or go the WWE route and do subscription only, but it's not THAT bad yet... |
Miesha Tate-Rin Nakai Targeted for UFC Fight Night Japan http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/f/20...er-d3kk189.jpg http://i.imgur.com/BP2Nn0g.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZRY73Eq.jpg :considered: There's a lot more pics if you google her :ifyouknow: |
they promote her on the promotion's youtube as well...feels like some japanese fetish type stuff going on there :lol i think they need to flood the octagon with chocolate pudding or jello for this fight :ilied: |
I personally don't think the UFC cares about the low ppv buys just yet or if they'll ever.. 100k buys x 60$ a pop gives them 6million. lol.. and that's for a known "weak" card. |
