Had Lawler 48-47. Funny thing is he fought for 45 seconds in the whole fight. first 35, and last 10, and won! Hendricks is rubbish. Lawler wasn't even in the fight in the 2nd and 3rd and he couldn't get anything done.

Rory will win vs Lawler this time... If Rory wins.. I'd love GSP to call him out after lol.... Rory vs GSP would be huge (I know they said a million times they wont fight lol )

I despise everything about Hendricks. His interviews are so cringe worthy and his lay/pray & wall/stall techniques are atrocious. I'm so happy Herb Dean broke them up.

Seeing a guy like Robbie Lawler as champion is definitely a refreshing take on some of the guys that only fight for points. Dude goes in there and looks to take off your head. The last 15 seconds when he was roid raging was absolutely fantastic :bowdown:

Lawler doesn't have a huge media presence but he doesn't need to talk. The only thing the dude cares about is fighting.

Hendricks, on the other hand, puts himself out there in the media but there's just something about him that sucks. His constant whining about his fight with GSP probably contributes to it.

SUCH a great story to this fight. The wrestler trying to outscore his opponent, hanging on and trying to stall to outscore for a win. How many times have we seen that? How fucking disappointing would that have been? Also don't you love seeing a guy going for the finish in a close fight or one they're losing? How often do you see a case where you know the guy is going to lose if he doesn't finish, but he just stands there defensively?

Man I haven't felt like this watching UFC in a while. This was a great show! If only Melendez could get it done.

TBH I don't know how GSP "lost" to Hendricks... The GSP in my mind would have tooled either of these guys. Hendricks in particular looked slower and smaller than even his last fight. I think he must still be hurt, or injured himself again some other way.

But yeah I am really looking forward to Anderson's return, and Jones vs Cormier is going to be fucking insane. Going to watch that one live for sure

They really will never fight. If GSP comes back, it'll just be superfights like what Anderson is doing.

also hate that whenever hendricks got hit, especially during the GSP fight, he would tilt his head to the side and make this face like "i aint even hurt"
and at the start of rd5 when he started talking to himself by his corner was annoying too

I'm really happy for Lawler.. He's gone through so much and has really earned it.. Not only that he's an entertaining fighter which seems to be really rare these days
