I agree with you in most points regarding fight promotion in combat sports and how crucial it is for selling fights. Having story lines and having fighters who know how to play their roles is what sells. Period. That is always how it was, how it is now, and how it always will be.

But you implying that all the hype in the fight game is fabricated is pretty ridiculous. Believe it or not, Skinny, there are many fighters out there that really dislike one another enough to warrant the hype as real.
