None of this is confirmed. All we know is that he was involved somehow and that they want to talk to him.

apparently when it was a misdemeanor he had 30 days to appear in court, but with the injury it turns to a felony hit and run and a warrant is issued.

He actually got arrested (not questioned) so yeah, I guess the title fight is off at least. It will be interesting to see how they handle this. A lot of fans are going to be upset if they don't fire him, but that's what people do when they want to make themselves feel better.

There's no way the UFC is going to fire Jones. They'll probably strip his title or something along those lines. Maybe even a little suspension so he gets his shit together.
