Oh yeah L-Theanine is another great one, especially combined with coffee. I usually stick a 1/4 tsp scoop of powder under my tongue and let it dissolve. It kind of has a sweet/bitter taste, I like it. I find that it takes the edge off the caffeine while at the same time not making you drowsy.

been reading up on racetams and I finally decided to try piracetam as my first nootropic. But the fucked up thing as soon as I narrowed it down to Piracetam, and begin to read up on it even more, I see a bunch of threads with people complaining about Piracetam. So what is the best (in this case, I mean most widely beneficial) racetam that I should try? I also read that choline causes depressive symptoms, but all the threads recommend supplementing nootropics with choline.
I think what I am going to do is order Piracetam and supplement it with eggs and fish oil. Not a choline product directly. Tips?

Welp .. New stack I've been trying
~half hour before studying I take:
150 mg phenylpiracetam (Sublingually as skinny described)
Large coffee - black
Right after I wake up I take:
3 choline bitartrate pills
3 fish oil
3 multivitamin
50mg zinc (avoided the flu since september! Fuck yea)
The big change was me was learning to take the racetams sublingually rather than mixing with green tea/drinking. Sublingual tastes like shit, but if you can hold it under your tongue for ~5 mins its affects are much more predictable + stronger.
Couldn't get my hands on modafinil, ordered some adrafinil instead (modafinil + methyl group -- will break down in liver into free modafinil). Right now adrafinil is unregulated (legal) in both Canada and the USA -- be careful with how much/how often you use it as it can cause elevated liver enzyme levels

It was significantly cheaper in the powder form so that's what I ordered. I don't feel like spending $50 on a scale that's sensitive to the milligram -- so I'll keep guestimating with the little 0.15cc scoop they give you.

I've been doing 200mg of Modalert every monday-friday for the past 2 months , love it 
only side for me is at around 2PM ( i take it at 6AM) i'll get extreemelly tired/ drowsy and will need a 20 min power nap and i'll feel like a million again

packaging doesn't insight any confidence in the product lol, but judging from other people's reviews the reaction to it are hit and miss depending on how sensitive you are to it (your body has to metabolize it for it to become active). I'd imagine the amount of liver enzymes you have has something to do with how readily you break down the adrafinil into modafinil -- this might be a thing where the casual drinker has a better response to it; or I may be stretching my broscience too far

i wouldn't order modup, they send provigil and it is much weaker then Sunpharm. modalert.
I've ordered from med-pacific.net once ( best price) ... first package seized ( took like 29 days lol..) they resent for free, received the second (luckily) in about 2.5 weeks.
