What is romantic to guys?
 

I always hear girls talk about romance and what they find romantic - long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, etc. but I'm curious about what romance means for guys and how guys might experience romance differently from girls.

whenever she puts in the effort/initiative and not me. To be honest, it's actually much easier for women because they're not really expected to do anything, so when they do anything like bring me lunch at work/organize a date -- it's a nice change and 'romantic' i guess

Joking aside, yes to putting in effort or appreciate what we do for them (ie: date, dinner...etc.) and give you a positive feed back to enhance the mood would be nice

My bf seems to appreciate me making reservations and taking him out for dinner...and sometimes I wash and wax his car, clean the interior and condition the leather. Sounds pretty romantic to me!

I can't truly answer this question as I am not a dude, but if I want to do a romantic gesture for my better half, some times I'll make/bake him something that is 'special' to him.

ex: he LOVES cinnamon buns (I'm not really a fan)....instead of buying him some, I'll make him some from scratch. Same with lasagna...I'll find some 'extra effort' complicated recipe with special ingredients and make it just for him.

Other things....I'll make him coffee in the morning and bring it to him in bed before he gets up, bring him lunch, give him a shoulder massage while he is at his desk, if he is in the workshop all day I will go in and sit to keep him company even though I hate it in there...

Love it when my LG did the following:
Washed my car
made me food
took me out for lunch

GF gets pizza without me knowing.
Delivers said pizza to me, in lingerie.
BJ, pizza, and sex.

I find it romantic when my girlfriend just lets me game and makes me sandwich

when she makes me this egg sandwich thing i like and lets me game or watch the game or w/e while she sits there with me. spending time together in general is what make me :)
