I was never really affected by a celebrity death until this one. Not sure why..
But damn it.. Rest in peace.. he was a good person.
Fast and Furious will always hold a special place in my heart.

RIP Paul Walker, who's rise to fame from the fast n furious was parallel to RS's growth. We, rs, the car community, grew along side that movie that put street racing and car culture in the lime light. We may have mocked the movie, but we ALL watched it. We saw it at the movie theaters, we even made threads about when it was going to be shown on TV, and we all have quoted lines from the movie.
I was lucky to meet him at SEMA. A genuine car nut and all around good guy.

I've often said he's a worse actor than Keanu Reeves with less personality but...I love the FATF movies. I know all the lines to the first one by heart.
I usually don't care when there's a random death thread but...RIP Paul Walker. May all the cars in heaven be 10 second cars and all your sandwiches tuna.
RIP. Question for those working on films. I know this is an accident, but do these high end actors like Paul Walker have any limitation on their contracts with studios that prevents them from engaging in dangerous activites? Ex: motorsports, skydiving, etc.
All our principal actors have insurance policies taken out on them during production. Some contracts do have provisions in them preventing them from engaging in high risk activities during the course of production but that goes on a case by case basis.
RIP Paul, I had the pleasure of meeting him while working for one of my clients on location in the same film as him. Truly an easy going everyday guy despite his fame. Posted via RS Mobile
RIP Paul Walker...
He seemed like a humble person during interviews...I dunno why but his last 2 films, his acting seemed more mature and becoming more professional... Kinda like hes growing up to be a man and not a kid in fnf1 & fnf2...
Kinda choked up, loss for words... He just seemed like a good person and was doing charity work and then this happened...
