For me, drivers who brake for no damn reason. If I am behind you and you make me brake when there are no cars or anything in front of you, that pretty much means I will find a way to pass you.
The most common one are drivers who hog the left lane. Doesn't matter how fast you are driving, if someone is going faster, have the courtesy to change lanes and let them pass.
Other notable ones:
- No headlights/foglights when the situation requires them to be on.
- No signaling
- Can't maintain speed
- Can't park (Not sure how you pass your driver's test if you can't do this)
- Can't stay in their own lanes
- Can't estimate the speed of other cars around you

Mine is all the idiots and azins driving around without their headlights or tail lights on ON the freeways or main roads and night. Then I give them the ol high beam flick or try to get their attention by pulling up next to them adn they full on ignore me. Thinking im trying to eye rape them or something.

1. Ppl that cut me off and then go below speed limit
2. when you are nice enough to let someone cut in front of you and they dont say thank you. Why you no fking manners?
3. When Ppl constantly wanna race you or keeps driving parallel to you.
4. They justify hazard lights as "stop anywhere/anytime I fking want lights"

People who don't move forward in the left turn lane when the light is green. They either assume it's "left turn signal only" lane, or they are just assholes so others behind them won't have enough time to turn.

I stopped to avoid your 'possible' stupidity, not because you're better than me. If its night time, limited vision, different story otherwise come on.

People who poorly maintain there vehicle or driving stupid for the road conditions.
bald tires, bottoming out on random bumps, non working signals/lights
Pet peeve because they are a danger to other road users. Just wish I had a fire truck so I could lightly push them to the side of the road.

When oblivious drivers stop to let illegal jaywalkers cross, regardless of weather or age or if they're carrying bags. Unless you're the only car sure, if you're not then check your mirrors before being that nice guy causing a rearend. If its a yield to pedestrian crosswalk with painted lines and pedestrian cross sign, by all means stop, I get it.

This is more of a seasonal pet peeve.
What grinds my gears in the summer is when the car infront is driving normally and all of a sudden they have the urge to spray the windshield washer while moving. Getting over spray and leaving spots all over my windshield and front end.

- People who cannot fucking follow stop signs procedures PROPERLY!!!
- No signal/late signal when changing lanes, turning, etc
- If I ever have to hit my brakes because someone changed lanes or turned onto the street I'm driving on
- Tailgaters
- Rice rockets that try to race me
- Idiots who don't turn on their lights at night or when the road conditions are not optimal (foggy, rainy, etc)
- When people go below the fucking speed limit and it's a one lane road!!!!!!!

since I moved to Richmond 2 years ago,
-49% drive with high beam at night
49% drive with no head lights/tail lights at night
(once car behind me had high beam on, i jump outta my car at the red light, walked back to her car, screamed at her to turn of the high beam while pointing at her head lights, she was still clueless what I was screaming about and did not turn if off. only made me look like crazy one)
-on side streets with 2 way stop , car travelling through no stop signs stops, waves her hand to yield to the car standing at stop sign...
