yes its (length + width + height)
combined to be 62", if over 62" then it will be consider oversize bags.
and also a fee of $25 USD on the 1st bag, $35 USD for the 2nd bag, $125 for the 3rd bag; each way. Unless you are in US airway Dividend Miles or any *G alliance.
