2002 Subaru WRX

EDIT: Changed the pricing around, if you guys saw my ad before my asking price was $11,000. I have added new parts to the car since then including a pair of replica Bride Gias seats and custom welded brackets ($1,100 or so), an STI cluster ($280), as well as Prosport gauges (boost, oil temp, oil pressure) and an autometer gauge pod ($280). I know I won't get my money back for the mods, hence why I'm upping the price only by $650 instead of $1660. Also willing to part out at this point as my friend is selling his car and I would like to buy it as a project (e90 )

Price with all mods: $11,650

Price without STI cluster, seats, gauges: $10,500
-Stock WRX cluster, stock seats, stock clock
Price without STI cluster, seats, gauges, steering wheel, arm rest extension, tail lights, STI wing: $9800
-Stock WRX cluster, stock seats, stock clock, stock momo steering wheel, stock arm rest lid, stock 02 tail lights, stock WRX wing

Stock parts will be put back onto the car to replace the mods if you want it without them.

Purchased from Azro Motors in mid Sept. 2013 with 169k km which is relatively low for the used bugeyes on sale currently on craigslist (they're usually closer to 200k usually I believe). Purchased in fairly bad cosmetic condition, but I had it all fixed up and now the paint is in amazing condition

Currently at 173k km

Starting off with the mod list (you can take a look at the complete build thread in my sig at the bottom to see the progress)

Engine
Invidia N1 race catback exhaust
Deleted intake resonator
K&N drop in air filter

Interior
Razo black chrome 230g shift knob
White LEDs for the dome light and map lights
Pioneer AVH P3400BH double din
3m black brushed metal wrapped trims/dash
Red LED HVAC lights
STI steering wheel
JDM STI ver 8 cluster (from a 2005 STI, shift light/buzzer wired up to work)
OEM arm rest extension
Prosport Boost gauge
Prosport oil temperature gauge
Prosport oil pressure gauge
Autometer gauge pod

Exterior
OEM JDM halogen projector headlights
White LED parking lights
Disabled DRLs
6000k low beam HIDs
Yellow fog light overlays
7000k Nokya halogen highbeams/drls
OEM STI spoiler
OEM 05 tail lights
STI v2 front lip
Side skirt add ons
Rear spats
05 STI Tail lights

Footwork/Suspension
Rota Tarmac 3 18x8 +45
Continental Extreme Contact DWS 225/40/18
H&R 5mm spacers (thanks cho)
Black Muteki lug nuts
Tein basic coilovers

Might be a few more things that I missed on there but that should be the gist of it.

Some more details; The good;
-Drives great, pulls hard, you can hear the turbo spool and a faint whistle from the drop in filter as well as the air being diverted when you shift gears (not nearly as loud as a BOV, but a good touch and no loss of boost or power as you would get from a BOV)
-Oil changed with Redline synthetic 5w30 and with a K&N oil filter soon after I purchased the car
-Car was fully detailed inside and out (including engine bay) shortly after I got it, paint is as smooth as glass
-Interior is pretty much mint
-Passed aircare with flying colors right when I bought it mid Sept.
-Tires were purchased brand new on Dec 12, 2013. Amazing in the snow, never got stuck once with these tires + AWD
-Compustar slice remote, 2 way alarm w/ auto start. Great for winters/summers with the heated seats and ac. Can scare the shit out of random people staring at your car for too long
-Most bugeye WRXs have a fuel leak issue due to a faulty fuel line, this was replaced free under warranty/recall by Richmond Subaru in November so you don't have to worry about taking it in anymore
-LCA was also replaced under a recall
-Has a tow hitch welded onto the subframe

The bads;
-Paint is starting to bubble a bit on the rear quarter panels where it meets with the bumper
-Rear quarters have a bit of rust about an inch or so
-Underside of the car is fairly rusted (all the suspension bits and whatnot) except for the parts that I replaced (one LCA, catback exhaust, coilovers)
-Had 3 claims from ICBC (2 were glass claims, one was a minor front end collision under 1k)
-Front lip paint is peeling (you can see it at the last picture)

The stock parts that I have that will come with the car (anything else that is not on here, I do not have)
-Tail lights
-Struts
-Springs
-Steering wheel
-OEM trunk w/ WRX wing (yes, I have 2 trunks and spoilers for this car)
-Emblems for both trunks
-Short arm rest lid
Cluster

NOTES:
After driving this car for the past half year I have learned a lot about it, and would like to share on how I take care of the car.
Since I have an autostart system installed, I always warm up the car at least 5 minutes before I drive it (while I go through my morning routine). By that time, the water temp is usually about normal running temperature and oil pressure drops down to about 60. I drive it lightly keeping it below 2500rpm until oil temp reaches normal running temps before driving it over 2500rpm. Normal idle oil pressure is at 30, and cruising pressure is at ~80 when warm. I have the turbo timer set to 1 minute to let the turbo cool off to prevent premature wear when I turn off the car, if the car has been driven harder I'm sure to let the car idle for a few minutes before turning it over to the turbo timer. When cold, the transmission is a bit notchy (as with most trannys), so I'm sure to shift very lightly and carefully. The tranny on the WRX is also known to be not as strong as the STI tranny, so even after it's warm I'm sure to keep a light grip on the shift knob and let it just slide into gear instead of forcing it or pushing it as I do my other manual cars.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me and ask, even if it's general questions about the car itself (how it drives, performs, etc). Test drives will be allowed for people that have cars that fit my requirements, or give a cash deposit first. I am an honest seller and have nothing to hide with any of my cars. I will be more than happy to drive the car with you sitting in the passenger seat any way you want, but I do not want anyone mashing on the car for fun without buying it. As car enthusiasts on here I'm sure you can all understand

A few pictures of how the car currently sits. Car is on coilovers so you can adjust the height to your liking, though right now it doesn't scrape on anything including speedbumps.

Got a few offers so far, keep them coming Bump! Don't be scared to throw me trade offers that aren't on my list, anything that's more on the luxurious/classy side will definitely be considered. Doesn't hurt to ask!
