Yeahhhhh I know guys. I'd rather have 18s or 19s. This is the way I bought the car. Even at stock height, they rub hard if I corner quickly. I should sell them to someone with a 300c and grab smaller wheels. Lowering the car properly will easily run 1k+ and that's hard for me to justify right now. Coils or shocks/springs plus front and rear camber kits, labour, alignment. Fully aware of the obnoxiousness of the 20s though.

Sell the wheels and spend the money on lowering it. A lowered car on stock wheels looks much nicer than a stock car on aftermarket wheels IMO. Look into even some simple sport springs that will drop you like an inch or so. Its not enough to take you out of the safe range of your oem dampers, and there is no way you will need camber kits, etc. to run them. Whats with g's that they require camber kits when lowering? Are you sure its a need? I've had 4 cars that have been 2.5-5.0 inches lower than stock and I've never needed a camber kit to get any of the cars to align properly.

I don't have the stockies. The consensus among G owners is that even an inch of drop will chew up the tires without camber kits. If I'm gonna lower this car, I intend on doing it properly..I don't just wanna throw some cheap springs on there that kill the stock struts and the tires. If I lower my car, do I need a camber kit? - G35Driver
The 20s need to go first though.

For a moderate drop I don't think rear camber kit is necessary, unless you plan on slamming the car or going to rock crazy camber. Otherwise it's fine, the shop can align your stock arms and dial everything in. I don't know what the other G owners are talking about, I've been dropped on coils since summer and was pretty low until recently I got camber kits, my stock tires were fine.

KWY, i vote sell the wheels and buy the OEM 19's, and maybe an inch drop.

i'll play not the best photos but this car is the reason why I can't afford a decent camera haha.
Mainly focusing on getting the engine work done first then widebody next. Wheels are on their way! Brand and model will be a surprise, taking guesses though!
I should really jump on making a build thread..
Huge photo cred to Jason for this photo! How she ended 2013 looking like:
Motor setup for 2014:
Pics of rest of the car will follow when things get finished. Big turbo, big booty.
Also brought home a side project(sorry for IG quality lol)
hopefully i can bring this out to bang limiters and tap walls when racing season hits!
