Treat her well! Remember to go top down as often as you can and hit 9000 rpms at least once a day!

R32 GTR wheels on an Element :ahwow:

swfk 08-27-2014 08:06 PM

Maybe you should go 0 camber Akinari, tires will have camber wear for no good reason unless you are trying to make clearance to tuck tire or something. Just a suggestion though !

I have a 3 finger gap with the camber, could get camber arms but I would need fender work, which I'm too lazy to bother right now as I'm getting coils in the near future with a different set of wheels (probably), and will do any fender work needed later.

I mean unless you're rubbing, dont really need the camber. Are you rubbing at 4 fingers?

Translation:

It looks boss but you're slaughtering tires for absolutely no reason.

meme405 08-27-2014 09:44 PM

@akinari I assume you needed adapters to make those wheels fit?

My 20" GTRs are going to be for sale in about a month. (9.5 front, 10.5 rear). Offsets are aggresive given they came off a 2010 GTR. Nonetheless if they line up with your car I think they would look pretty sick...

^ What's next for the FX?

I have some ideas brewing, but i'm not committing to anything yet, gonna swap back to 18's with winter tires for the coming season. Then once I get the air suspensions running I can get some measurements for my next set.

All I can say is they will be wide, I am already checking how wide the hankooks I like go, as long as they keep making them in 335's I think I'll be okay...

dared3vil0 08-27-2014 09:56 PM

A 335 for an FX is going to be NUTS...

You do realize you'll want ATLEAST an 12" wide wheel for that right haha?

as long as his toe is not fcked up even up to 4 degrees of camber you wont notice uneven wear..

unless half the tire is off the ground there shouldnt be much

i ran -3 in the rear for 2 years with no uneven wear..a

12" is exactly what I am hoping to cram under there.

If all goes well it should be 22x10ish up front and 22x12 rear.

I don't want to go too wide up front because of hydroplaning, and the fact that the steering is so fucking heavy already.

dared3vil0 08-27-2014 10:01 PM

You're going to need that 5.6 just to push around those insanely heavy wheel + tire combo's!
