Aside from the wheels, I think Honda knocked it out of the park aesthetics wise with the new SI sedan.

dared3vil0 09-11-2014 09:38 PM

That car with these wheels... :megusta: (OEM FG2 wheels)

Well it's pretty hard to roll your car going forwards.

duy- 09-12-2014 09:06 AM

the problem with being the camera car... you don't make it into the picture :(

I think dared3vil0 was more suggesting that if the car hit the dirt going sideways then it may catch and flip. A valid concern but I'm sure Grim had zero intention of spinning out. Pushing your vehicle in a safe and controlled environment is what closed course track days are all about. Slides and spin outs happen all the time. It's what is learned from it that counts.

What should be noted from the video is his calm composure throughout the slide. Some people freak the fuck out when they slide which can cause even more carnage.

I used to have GSR blades on my G2 Integra so I actually liked the wheels a lot. They make me reminisce about the old days.

Oh I know, from my understanding it's fairly difficult to catch and flip on a track like that though.

I love how "meh" he seems about the whole thing in the video.

well it is a drift car. That slow reaction though gave me a giggle. You saw you were spinning and was really chill about it.

I can dig red wheels on a black car, but they don't suit that car, at this time anyway. Its gonna need a pretty aggressive look to pull it off. Sick wheels, nice car, but needs something to tie it together IMO.
