Random body stings.

I never really looked into this subject but since I was in HS I tend to get these random back stings on hot days or during the beginning of my workout/cardio. anything that creates sweat really. (it doesnt happen everytime.)

so, it started mostly on my back and then lately it gets to the chest and shoulder along the sides.

scratching it and putting something cold on it seems to help a little..

it almost feels like a bee sting but less painful. but its stinging multiple places that makes it very annoying.

has anyone experienced this?

i had that in my knee and the dr told me it's a nerve thing. it was a side effect of a sports related knee injury. probably worth a visit to the doc

Could be heat induced uticartia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cholinergic_urticaria
It's intensity depends on the person and what other allergies they have and if have consume things that could worsen it (ie. shellfish)

I get this too. I tend to think it's some form of heat rash. Tried searching it once and nothing server popped up so keep trudging on. It feels like a needle is poking your skin right? Usually only lasts a few seconds or comes and goes every few minutes.
