It's a matter of someone's opinion if they really would deserve more than that. But that for sure IMO would be warranted.

Haha come to think of it, i think it would be quite easy. He is heading one way You can head him off and just pretend you are casually walking by him as another person commuting somewhere concealing it behind your back, most likely he wouldn't even expect it! Nice lesson learned. I've honestly NEVER had to do this to anyone but i can see my self quite easily doing it.

But the damage to the car will leave a long lasting memory and sense of gratification!

And knowing the fucker will be mamed or even die as a result, wow, nothing can ever beat that feeling, right?

The bat didn't do anything to deserve this. Not even sure why you guys have to get it involved.

As much as we love our cars, I don't think someone causing some minor damage to it warrants a fucking broken leg

I would think the leg would not be broken after that. Severely welted, yes.

If you decide to get it repaired out of your own pocket just take him to small-claims court, no need for a lawyer.

People really do need to give the homeless more credit, lots of people just stuck in bad situations out there. When I was a teenager we snuck into the abandoned mental institution in New West, I lost my phone inside but couldn't find it anywhere, sent a text from a buddies phone asking if anyone found it to call his number, ended up getting it returned by one of the people squatting inside.

My gift was a 100ft heavy duty extension cord, since he said someone took all their cords.
