Broken Ribs

wondering if anyone can share some tips on pain relief, breathing, overall comfort or even getting out of bed in the morning lol

i've already got my xray last night (one fracture and broken cartilage) im using t3s and voltaren cream. already going nuts from inactivity

Lol! I went through this when i was in soccer. Fractured ribs, fractured collar bone, fractured sternum and a concussion. No pain killers...

1. I slept sitting up in a chair for a week because it hurt too much to lay down
2. DO NOT SNEEZE.
3. Watch movies and TV, but not comedy's...
4. MAn up

I still can't do bench press properly all these years later
