GF's family is looking for a place to rent in East Van. Anywhere in East Van would be great.

East Van
$1500-2000
Garage + Carport is a plus
3+ Bedrooms
1300+sqft.
1 dog, 1 cat, both have been great in the current rented house, no damages.
No smokers. Can provide oil changes for landlord :fullofwin:
Can pay security deposit if required

Reason for the WTR is that the current house is being demolished and rebuilt by owner for them to live in.
