A common problem with Rogers that I've experienced for years, but who knows, it might be your phone. Even when I'm on LTE and my phone tells me I have 3 bars, it struggles to load Google.

maybe you have to manually enter rogers data address into the phone?
i remember needing to do that with my unlocked phone before because the phone wasn't reading/entering the info from the sim card correctly

If its data issues, could be related to APN settings

I don't think you can change APN settings on apple. With androids though, you almost always have to.
Reset your network settings on the phone. Does data work with LTE off? Posted via RS Mobile |

APN settings is automatic read off the sim, go to Settings -> General -> reset -> reset network settings. Give that a shot, if that doesn't work head over to the Apple Store and see if they can give you a hand.

One more thing..if reset network settings doesn't work, factory reset the phone and reactivate it with the Rogers Sim in the phone (could solve APN issue if you simply put the rogers Sim in the phone after it was unlocked. Posted via RS Mobile |

Spoke to Ulic earlier today. A new SIM solved the problem.
