Noticed my friend there, haha.

That knife throw by Richard! Right in the junk!

StylinRed 03-01-2015 09:46 PM

Ouch, I wanted to see the stig take the rcf around the track...
When Motor Trend took it round the track it was only .32 seconds slower

Driven by Randy Pobst

Its slower, sure, but would've liked to have seen it.

I have to say this entire series so far has been the best in years. I've thoroughly enjoyed each episode.

roastpuff 03-02-2015 02:54 PM

I want that light bar... and that supercharger whine. :sweetjesus:

Star in a reasonable price car needed to go away so there could be more BC footage.

So weird to see Jeremy praise a pickup. V8 Mowwder!

I consistently catch myself looking at my phone when this part of the show starts. Mostly because I don't know who the hell any of the people are (in the majority) or really could care less what kind of entertainment they are plugging. I just want to see cars drifting and Jezza screaming POOOOOWER!!

underscore 03-02-2015 06:06 PM

If you don't like it, just think of SiaRPC as a tradeoff for not having commercial breaks that would shorten it.

a00755836 03-03-2015 08:25 PM

somehow, i feel so proud the almost the whole episode was focused on vancouver

underscore 03-03-2015 09:29 PM

A lot of it was focused on BC, very little was about Van...

StylinRed 03-08-2015 01:05 PM

Wasn't a bad ep, those rally cars damn! "faster off the line than a formula 1 car" ..... :seriously: god F1 is so lame these days

well.... in fairness, even the old V10 F1 cars would still be slower off the line than a rallycross car, awd > rwd

I hope it's true what they said about the "big race" between P1, 918, and theFerrari.

underscore 03-08-2015 03:31 PM

I wouldn't expect F1 to be much good off the line really, they only really go from a stop once during the race

sigh, not again..... no Top Gear next weekend and Clarkson is in trouble again

BBC News - Jeremy Clarkson, Top Gear host, suspended by BBC after 'fracas'

capt_slo 03-10-2015 10:46 AM

Next week's episode supposedly not going to air :okay:

RE-Jo 03-10-2015 10:59 AM

Let's start a campaign to get the BBC producer fired :P

StylinRed 03-10-2015 11:08 AM

did Jeremy punch someone again? (like he did pierce morgan)

Jeremy has become a major diva these days all that money has gone to his head, if the BBC actually boots Jeremy, he'll likely end up on SkyTV

at least there's Formula 1 this weekend :D

brrrz 03-10-2015 11:12 AM

Always one person too sensitive to ruin it for everyone else.

No one complains when he calls himself fat, ugly, old, slow, stupid, a bad dresser, etc.... The guy is critical of everything including himself and has no filter. This is what makes him such a good presenter. It becomes a problem when he is focusing on one group of people or one race but when he includes everyone and everything as a whole then shut up and enjoy the comedy.

Klondike 03-10-2015 11:32 AM

If he does get fired, he could always go to Fifth Gear.

"Tonight on Fifth Gear... Vicki drives a Beetle, Tiff drives a Fiat, and I get a new job!"

January 2012 - Indian diplomats complained about a 90-minute India special in which a car fitted with a toilet in its boot is described by Clarkson as "perfect for India because everyone who comes here gets the trots."

I read someplace that allegedly he punched a producer, if that's the case I'd imagine the producer had to have said something rather stupid.

StylinRed 03-10-2015 01:05 PM

He's been keeping quiet on twitter too unlike James or Richard
Guess it is rather serious

Harvey Specter 03-10-2015 01:30 PM

Doubt BBC will fire Clarkson. They've suspend him and maybe they'll extend that suspension, maybe fine him and make him issue a public apology. Without Clarkson there's no TG and without TG the BBC won't make £150 million pounds from the TG franchise or get 5 million viewers on BBC2.
