they're doing a time travel reboot
like the new Star Trek and X-Men Days of Future Past
so Arnold gets sent back in time to protect Sarah Connor (all the way back to when she was a kid) and his organic body ages, hence the white hair and older Arnold
and then he kills the T-800 Arnold from the original movie (The Terminator)
which totally changes the timeline as Kyle Reese will still be alive
and you see in the trailer that a T-1000?/2000 also gets sent back to 1984 to deal with the changed timeline...and the war with humans starts a lot sooner (John Connor may never be born either)

Will be cool to see what they do with the timeline but I'm fearing that it won't be dark enough and look a bit campy. Will still watch though. I mean, it's the fucking Terminator for fucks sake!
Now I will freak out when I see someone who tries to blend in by smiling while making weird whirly noises.
I guess they are doing the Star Trek time line distortion story line. But I guess they are also trying to match the Sarah Conner Chronicle storyline.. Can't wait to see CiC say the Terminators are actually the luminatis.

Ugh.. I have extremely low expectations for this. The PG-13 rating allows for a wider audience, but I predict quick cutaways of anything that would be cool in an action movie.
it's scoring low @40% on rotten tomatoes, but those numbers are based on 10 reviews at the moment.
