Not to seem arrogant about this but, why does this surprise you?
Who else has a team of dedicated staff/volunteers to keep the peace at a meet? Who else reaches out DIRECTLY to VPD and the city about their events? Who else unites car enthusiasts of every make and model into one massive group with minimal incident each and every meet?
If this is a surprise to you, you've just been ignorant this entire time.
RS didn't need WCCE to make a mess of things, but at the same time it has brought about a renewed appreciation for what it is we do and have done for many, many years.
Cheers to everyone who contributed to this event from Staff, Volunteers, Vendors, Sponsors, Photographers, Cameramen and of course the community itself
it surprises me because even at revscene meets we have all seen people have rev competitions, 2 stepping. launching out of parking lots.
its a little ignorant to say it dosnt happen. of course not to the level that was shown at WCCE because RS does a great job managing these meets.
when i said i was surprised its cuz i literally didnt see or hear any idiocy. maybe thats because WCCE depicted the poor taste of it
i go to many local meets, unofficial and official meets and this is the first time i havnt seen someone doing something stupid.
so take the compliment and move on, i hope this becomes a trend for the local meets. we dont need our community frowned upon

I know this is a long shot but is anyone interested in meeting up this Saturday? I'm working on the RS Spring meet video and it's almost complete but I'd really like some extra clips to work with. I understand that this is a lot to ask as people have their own schedules to keep and may not be keen on attending a little get together in the rain again.

I know this is a long shot but is anyone interested in meeting up this Saturday? I'm working on the RS Spring meet video and it's almost complete but I'd really like some extra clips to work with. I understand that this is a lot to ask as people have their own schedules to keep and may not be keen on attending a little get together in the rain again.

Shoot me a message, I have so much unused footage it ain't even funny. I don't mind sharing some shots that I really don't plan on using.
I'm pretty random in my workflow, so there is nothing wrong with any of the shots, its just I grabbed pieces here and there and didn't utilize 90% of it.
I certainly don't care, but I can understand if you want to shoot your own footage, just giving you an easier out.
What hasn't Killed me, has made me more tolerant of RS!

So glad I went to this meet!
It's the second meet I have ever been to since I bought my car and got my N.
The first one I went to was WCCE....
You can imagine that wasn't ideal for a first meet.
I want to say thanks to Revscene, all the volunteers and everyone that went for making it such a great experience!
I cant wait for the summer meet
Also, if anybody took any pictures of my relatively stock blue Prelude, let me know!
