lol thats fucking rediculous.. $4368.00 for a fucking weekend in high season
i get the attraction of a private island, but it`s proximity to Vancouver, and it`s remoteness is completely unapealing, let alone you could rent WAYYYY nicer places, that have far nicer beaches, on islands up the sunshine coast for a quarter of the price

tropical beaches are sort of a different market...

Thing is, the Sunshine Coast islands are wayyy warmer and have far nicer water than anything around here, savary, Cortez, etc can all be had at $900-1500 for a week in the prime of summer and both can be easily accessed by car
I dunno I've been spoiled with the places I've been up the Sunshine Coast and I know this has it's own appeal but I've seen farrrr nicer places id prefer to stay at for a quarter or less of That price
Also the 900-1200 for a week are for places that can host 6-10 people either on the beach or a short trail down Posted via RS Mobile |

I looked up the islands you mentioned, not sure why you're complaining about proximity when sear island is 10 minutes by floatplane from richmond or 2 hours by ferry
whereas the islands you mentioned are a 6 hour drive from vancouver, and they're not private, the rentals are simply for the cottages
There's 28 acres of land, you can build a fkin town on this island - quite the stretch to compare a vacation home rental lmao

Yes testing the market and considering selling as well, am I not allowed to rent it out at the same time?
Should I amend the posts to free and free? will this satisfy the revscene community?

have you ever had anyone rent it out before?
i'm just asking as I, like you, would be interested in knowing who this appeals to at that price point.

This type of island appeals to someone who has a yacht or Europeans/Southern US tourists. For some reason they love the pacific northwest scenery.
Revscene is NOT the target demographic you choose advertise
