| Google glass, anyone ordered today?
I just placed an order for the Google Glass just to see what's the fuzz since they were giving away free shades with today's public offering (US at least)...
Anyone else got one?
The order was a PITA... they needed US CC, address and even US IP address... 
Oh well, nothing a good old VPN couldn't take care of. 
Got one in charcoal black with classic shade. Gonna rock it while becoming the opposite of chick magnet...   ... at least according to my wife.

Well I wear regular gasses to see so I won't be getting one....
Not sure how well it will see in Asia countries since a lot of people in Asia wear glasses......

I think the frame just allow you to fut regular prescription on. So, unless your glass need special frames, you can do it.

Was thinking of getting one as well but a lot of my coworkers have worked with it and used it and it isn't really at a "practical" level yet. You're forced to look at the corner. It would be really cool if it actually overlayed what you were looking at.
Also a couple of people have been attacked who have been wearing one over here: Another Google Glass wearer attacked in S.F. - SFGate Blog lol

I guess Google Glass is quite profitable at $1500... I just checked the tracking, and Google sent it via next day air... it's out for delivery already and should be at my US mailbox by today.
