Got my cheapo dock today - $4.xx shipped lol.
It has a removable "spacer" so phones with cases will fit too.
Bought 2 just in case one breaks..haha

For you to get root again only take 1-2min. Go download su zip file. Boot into recovery and flash. Done.

Not sure what I did but somehow I set the phone to fastboot last night lol.
Overall the phone feels snappy and when using it seems the size isn't too big but gf might not like the size......

For anyone else looking to root their phone, process would just be to unlock the bootloader, flash the custom recovery, reboot into the custom recovery after tinkering with developer options which allow for an easier way to get into recovery mode
then go into the reboot setting -> (it will ask if you want to install SuperSU), turn on your phone normally, find the SuperSU installer, and it will do the rest pretty much.
Just follow the guide up to step two, and do the rest without cmd/adb push methods
I found that I didn't have to adb push any SuperSU zip files |
