I'd say around $475 - $480 all in. Read on the OnePlus forum that for Canadians, the only option to pay is through Paypal and they take an extra 3%.
Phone: $349 USD (~ $384.57 CAD w/ Paypal conversion at ~ 0.9075)
Shipping (DHL): $27.99 USD (~ $30.84 CAD)
Tax (PST & GST): $46.15 CAD
Brokerage: $10 CAD
COD Fee: $4.25 CAD (DHL charges for processing cash/credit card at your door)
Total: $475.81 CAD
You'd probably save about $18 on shipping if you pick it up in across the border. And if you're lucky, you might get away without paying the taxes as well. Quote:

still have not received an invite from OPO; starting to get a little pissed. there are people selling both the phone and the invites to buy on ebay, not to mention people not paying it forward and sharing the invites they had to give out!
i do not think OP realizes how bad they screwed up with the invite system...
i might look elsewhere.
