lol, I already bought the OP6 at GearBest a few days ago...
I've only bought from GearBest once and that was back in 2016. I don't recall how long the shipping was, but I think anything coming from china... expect at least a month.
I'm not in any sort of rush and I wanted to save money so I just bought from GearBest, knowing the service most likely would be terrible.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a rush.

anyone having issues where an app doesn't stay open in the background. it happens on the op6 and op6t. once i open another app if i switch back to the previous app it restarts the app.
My wife just had her phone stolen, stumbled across OnePlus from reviews; I had never heard of them before. My wife is considering the OnePlus 7 Pro, you can buy directly from OnePlus now in Canada with warranty.
The One Plus 7 Pro is legit an amazing phone from a functional, speed and screen perspective - the camera is really the worst part of this phone... probably on par with the Samsung Galaxy A series

Yeah, my wife uses her phone for all her pictures and I thought the reviews on the camera weren't that bad. Hmm. Maybe back to looking at the S10+ then.
Just purchased a OnePlus 7 Pro over the Thanksgiving weekend. 8GB RAM + 256 GB storage in Almond, which is a very nice colour IMO and deserves more attention.
In my case, I know 2 people that have the phone before me and they both recommended it to me.
Overall very happy with the phone, the screen is definitely one of a kind with 90Hz(Pixel 4 does this as well now) and no selfie camera to get in the way of the screen.
Oxygen OS is very light and comes with no bloatware I am aware of, but also required me to find a music player and compass app on my own.
I haven't extensively tested the camera yet, but I wouldn't say it's too bad unless you are a fanatic. If you are that picky about it, Huawei P30 Pro is the phone to get. If I am serious about photos, I have an actual camera for that that will beat any smartphone cameras.
The only notable quirk is that it seems to have issues with the Fido network. There is one part of the town(as in Fort McMurray, aka middle of nowhere) where I would have signal, but no internet connection. My Mate 9 has no trouble, though. The solution for me was switching to Koodo as my mentor informed me that Rogers coverage can get spotty at Fort Mac and Bellus have a better network. I feel like it could be a combination of issues with the phone and the network.
Not having 3.5mm jack also sucks, but that's just the standard we have to deal with nowadays.
