It's a good deal if it checks out. It needs to have the stock springs put back on or the stance sorted out.
I'd rather the M54 engine in this than the N54 in the 335i, less hp but more reliable. Quote:

Edit: Mark beat me to it. The M54B30 (M54 in the E46 330i/ci/xi/cic) has an oil pump nut issue when redline is raised or when constantly at redline (during tracking). Due to the harmonic balancing of the engine, along with lightweight flywheel (common mod), it'll result in the oil pump nut backing off. Some say you can just weld the nut on, but instead of it backing off, the pump sprocket will shear off.
