if you're worried about paying an extra grand or so, you probably shouldn't drive a vehicle that drinks premium @ 17mpg and who knows how much more for maintenance

i think ~6s is plenty adequate for soccer moms...but agreed once you even the playing field the bmw will be faster by a fair margin...then again who cares about 0-60 in these crossovers...i'd rather have it more capable going camping/hiking

17k lol. Sorry, I don't care how nice a 325is is. That's not worth 17k.

All these tools think they deserve BAT pricing without putting in any of the risk and effort with cultivating and tending to a 7 day long auction - AND dealing with the Sherlock Holmes peanut gallery.

trollface 12-14-2019 09:54 AM

BAT and Barret Jackson just wrecked the fuck out of used car markets. Everyone thinks their car is rear and asks stupid amounts of money. If you want BAT pricing, why not sell it on BAT lol. You have got to have head injuries if you're paying 18k for a run of th emill 325is

The run of the mill 4 banger turbo is nothing really special, but this particular 35i M Sport is a different animal. I've only had 2 short stints, it drives like a 1 series that's rides slightly higher and a couple extra doors.

cvt in sport mode actually feels relatively precise...and if you really care about 0-60 in your kid hauler then flash stage 1 and it'll be quicker than the 35i

Apples to oranges comparisons in my honest opinion. X1 35i is more like a car than SUV where the Forester is the other way around.

Here's a musical instrument that could break in a matter of minutes. E60 M5 SMG

Those absolute cunts listing it as a manual.

Typical whole sale dealers, spew a bunch of nonsense crap to entice the buyer.

Just like that WRX STi sedan at trust auto in Richmond with a V6 engine :lawl:

I wondered why it's priced so high so i did a quick google. Interesting how the car was built with Porsche. Apparently only 45 were sold in Canada over the 6 years

I get a kick out of these, some dealer systems including dealer wholesale and auctions classify those as "Manual" for real. Mechanically we all know they are more akin to a manual than a torque converter automatic.

Just for fun, I checked ICBC papers and sure enough, they listed my E92 M3 as "7 speed manual"

Its a can of worms!!! :lol

Technically - Automatic
Mechanically - Manual :moderated:

i mean people around these parts pay 600k for a shoebox and $3k to icbc and buck eighty for gas

as much as the market can bear, i say

if i happen to have a chassis that's tired, slow af, insert other undesirable traits but has dna linked to BAT baits, i'd start high too

as long as the sale is transparent, i try not to let asking price bother me too much...beats '$12345 throw me an offer' or doesn't post mileage

edit: screw that ad, 1 photo and 3 sentence 'come see in person'

You may be the first person on earth to call that a truck.

Jmac 12-16-2019 12:38 PM

Damn shame it didn’t have a manual

It does have all terrain tires on it, which I find to be a pretty odd choice

JDMDreams 12-16-2019 03:29 PM

I'm just shocked the fully loaded turbo s looks just like a v6 with small wheels and cheap plastic none colour matched bumpers

tofu1413 12-16-2019 03:49 PM

Use it for a Paris Dakar style Build, like the dude that did it up with the ROTHMANS livery

snowfarmer 12-16-2019 06:36 PM

If it isn't about to die from scored cylinders that Cayenne is a crazy good deal.
