will make a nice track car. saves the time, hassle and money. |
He might have spent $25k on that car, but the problem is it's mostly street car poser stuff, none of it is really that functional. The fact it has a set of track brake pads included makes me laugh as that car is 100% show, no real go. Show car / "street" car mods go to 0 when the car is no longer cool, while if he had spent that money on real high quality track mods, he would still get some of that money back. If I wanted to track that car seriously, it needs an LSD, a better set of coilovers, upper A-arms to add camber, all the bushings done, a square set of wheels (or at least some front wheels), etc. And if I spent that money on a stock car, I guarantee it would lap faster than this car. So why would I spend the money on this car when a stock rebuilt 370Z with 100k+ is like a $7,500 car? I think this dude is dreaming on the price and is either going to have to part it out or get serious about reducing the price. -Mark |
He might be dreaming, but there are lots of kids willing to take out a loan to grab this Hot Version looking thing. If you were going to do this anyways, it's not a bad deal. If this is what you want. |
20k car ask price minus the 3k wheels 17k for car and parts. probably 7k or so of parts on it including labor. car itself is 10k all day long at auction. I think its fair. I know Spugen put a LSD of somesort in his and it wasnt expensive. |

i dont think the 370z warrants any negative comments, if it is not your cup of tea, you can just move on. personally I think the asking price is fair, it might not be up my alley. But I would say the buyer would be getting a decent deal |

I'm not nearly as modded. But I run 1:54 @Ridge. $♂️ I could realistically sell mine for 30? Cad At most. Locally. 35k usd stateside. Easy. But mines a 2016 and not a rebuilt. Only has track mileage Edit: I dont know how forums work anymore lol How tf do you post images now. Like ig link or something |

I will bet my left nut its a scam |
$3000 E90 with N54....... already a hand grenade without a pin from the factory. i wonder if its too good to be true... |
It’s probably a typo and they meant $12900 Edit: Listed on autotrader for $2903 with different description, same email. Guessing scam |

For example. I have all the SPL arms and KWV3's. I will get maybe 30% back if I sold it locally. 50% stateside. My big ass aeromotions wing will never sell. People only want the voltex or the cheap APR. Anyone serious about tracking already have the aeromotions. Varis sideskirts. Even if I sold them for 1k CAD. People still want to lowball for the authentic ones. Which are otherwise like $2500. My square set of ZE40s won't sell. Too wide for evo/sti. And they're hypergreen. So only hotbois like me want them. Lol Willans harnesses. Recaros. Oil coolers. Etc. I could go on about the parts on mine and what kinda of headache I went through trying to part it out. But I won't bother. Z/G parts are worthless locally unless they're reps. Lolol. He would have better luck selling it stateside. But then he has that salvage title |

today i learned car mods are a bad investment of return |
at 20k that Z is not overpriced at all. It might not be your cup of tea, because all you want to do is go fast at autocross or ridge, and if so, yes there is cheaper ways to do so, and you dont need half those expensive parts. But there are plenty of people who just want to look cool, and the thing looks dope as fuck. and yes it's a rebuild, but look at all the parts he's put into it, at this point everything that could give you a problem got fixed initially, then probably got replaced again with an aftermarket part. As someone else said, some young kid will probably buy it, and thrash it, or wrap it around a pole pretending he's DK in the snow. |
