Why didn't BMW ever make an M3 or M5 wagon?

They made an E60 M5 wagon. I've seen one driving around the lower mainland.

also made a E34 M5 Touring... very rare car though, around 500ish made. Euro only.

came with the 3.8L straight six and 6 speed manual

Really? They never sold them here and it wouldn't be legal to o import one yet so that's pretty interesting

I think I saw one just yesterday! It was metallic brown and looked rad as heck. I never knew BMW made E61 M5 tourings.

The one I saw also had the fender M5 grille and the appropriate bodykit.

Trying to find some stock photos of said E61 M5 Touring Wagon and stock, it looks pedestrian and a bit bland, not really M personality. It has to be modded to look sick!

Used to see the car in question (black CSL wheels) quite a lot in Richmond. It's not an M5, just a run-of-the-mill Touring with some M-esque parts. Does look good though. Driven by an Asian uncle always with wife riding shotgun.

It also looks lowered although not listed but with exhaust, boost gauge ... my guess is that previous owner did the suspension. And one additional guess, it has spacers.

2011 VW GTI, 184K kms, $7300... looks ridiculously low price. If everything checks out (ie. not rebuilt, mechanical inspection, seller is not douche), this is a great deal.

That mk4 gti is a pretty good deal. I'm tempted to go pick it up... Except i hate buying cars from dealerships and it's what's preventing me from going
