I know for sure it's a gsr, it was built by evolution auto in new west. It might be a C5 only thing I remember is the t1r header back exhaust.. it might have toda cams. The car pulls really hard and sounds sooo good

I have been drooling over this deal for weeks now. If only it was the right time financially for me. IMO it is a very good deal.

You're paying under 75% of the MSRP for this vehicle. Added bonus is that you're leasing it and he's paying the fee+ one month payment incentive. Even without that, it's the newest 2014 Acura TL Elite (SH-AWD, fully optioned out). A comparable deal is from Richmond Acura, which currently has a 2013 TL SH-AWD Elite for $38,750. I'm sure with some haggling, you would only have a little wiggle room (regardless of which party you decide to buy from).I guarantee you won't find a better deal (I say that since the TL has been replaced with the TLX. This could be a good or bad thing, depending on your own tastes).

2014 ACURA TL SH-AWD ELITE TOP TRIM FOR SALE ONLY 8 MONTHS OLD

If it were a 6spd manual, I would most likely act irresponsibly and take over the lease (the Elite package only came with a 6-speed automatic transmission).

Doesn't say rebuilt status so it appears to be a pretty good deal for a US spec M3.

Interesting find. Originally an 80k car. I had 2002 Q45 I bought in California for 10k in 2008 before the economic crash. Had it for a few years and it was relatively reliable. Starter was on the way out when I sold it and both HID ballasts failed. You have do as much DIY as you can on these cars. Otherwise the dealer will charge you $1200 for a single ballast, $200 for the bulb, and $600 to remove the front bumper and headlight and install it. I got a used ballast for $60 and installed it myself vs $2000+.

In 2011 I sold my Q45 for $5k because I got tired of the VIP thing and 4.5 V8 gas mileage. These cars are hard to sell because there are very few buyers for them. Btw my car was on Junction Produce lowering springs because coilovers are a pain. You have to cut off your front hub and weld it to a coilover upright.

Looks questionable, but i emailed lol. Would be a awseome winter ride.. :D

My friend and his mom drove down from kelowna to look at the car. The salesman took him for a drive and when my friend wanted to test drive it he said no. My friend then showed him the money and the salesman said due to the nature of the vehicle he couldn't let him test drive it. Essentially he wanted to sell the car without letting buddy test drive...

The wrx is a rebuild and has some rust issues, there is no ebrake. For sure it'd make an awesome winter car but just the fact the salesman only wanted to take a potential buyer for a ride only sends some red flags up...

Don't know what that guy is smoking.
45 is the number is 94 Canadian EuroSpec M3's.
Each car has a badge in it to show which of the 45 Canadian EuroSpec it is.

Since JDM Eurospecs are now over 15 years old, there is going to be more and more being imported into Canada. And that doesn't include EuroSpecs from other countries so 1 of 50 makes no sense.

Haha wow. Yeah I got a reply from him right away and he dodged most my questions, he has no paperwork or receipts for anything or info on the swap, unknown mileage on the motor and more. That combined with the rust and being in squamish.. no thx :heckno: didnt even notice it was a rebuilt status either.

Anyone checked this out? If its a guy named Spencer who works at Park shore don't even bother inspecting it, just buy it. Very nice guy, great price and well maintained by a MAJOR enthusiast. I'm not 100% sure its his though.

I hope it's not his if that's the case... huge rust bubble coming through the paint on the door doesn't strike me as something an enthusiast would let go

westopher 12-01-2014 10:17 PM

Fair enough. I never noticed that on his car but it looks like an identical car. At least the problem points are pointed out in the ad. Perhaps I'm being a bit hasty by the inspection comment, just trying to really make a point about a trustworthy seller. Nothing is going to be hidden by him.
