LOL and it's an automatic to make it even slower! I'd buy it and drive it to work just for shits and giggles.

I'd buy it if it was not for the fact that insurance is gonna cost 1500 lol

Owned an ‘87 Suzuki Forsa with a 5-speed when I was a teenager. Fiance owned a ‘90 Sprint with a 5-speed. Co-worker owned a ‘9x Metro with the auto.

All of them are junk but the automatic is so so so bad. The 5-speed at least gives it some level of pep if you don’t have passengers or luggage and aren’t going up a hill.

bcrdukes 03-18-2020 01:07 PM

Sounds like a bad buy? lol

Would be cool for something like Radwood shows, but that's about it.

twitchyzero 03-18-2020 05:37 PM

clean title s2000 7500usd but you might not be able to get to it right now LUL

Haha besides that seller seems like a dick and clean title in name only, I don’t believe him since the steering wheel is removed (which would also cause you to fail the inspection bringing it in).

Messaged about this CRX this morning. Seller doesn't seem to know much about it, stopped responding when I asked if it had a title and keys. Just saw it go by on the back of a tow truck on King George about 20 mins ago

Nope. Most store are open, seeing a 95+% reduction in traffic, but shut down. What I mean by that is skeleton crew, 1 or 2 sales staff at most, nobody is approaching customers unless they ask for help, limited test drives etc etc etc. If you're trying to find a deal, it isn't going to happen. Staff aren't really interested in dealing with the public right now, for obvious reasons.

1 customer a day is about average right now...

Just close already, non essential service, impossible to keep 6 feet away the whole transaction. Shut it down.

Trust me, everyone would love to. Unfortunately that decision is made by the powers that be that are 1000's of miles away.

whitev70r 03-20-2020 11:05 AM

2006 Audi A3, 160K kms (low mileage), clean title, looks well maintained, $4000. Lowered ... either a pro or con depending on your preference. If times weren't a 'rainy day', I'd probably pull trigger on this as a fun daily. Some gremlins but nothing too bad.

Rad fan is pump driven so if your PS pump isn't running well, your car could potentially overheat without you knowing. I've replaced every single gasket except for the head gasket on my ES300 as it was leaking everywhere. Had nonstop PS pump and hose issues (probably just from deterioration/age). Also torque converters are weak on these, mine was rebuilt by previous owner. My ES300 was owned by gf's grandpa who treated it like a weekend car, never driven in the rain and parked in the winter (no rust).

I concur.

I had the head gasket done at 180,000 on mine cause it went and drank all the coolant.
The transmission shat the bed shortly after we sold it, just over 200k.

The head gasket tends to shit the bed on these 3VZ's around 200k.
