Looks like the low price is due to a known rad leak (dealer quote $2400). A lot of car even with the repairs in?

^ Also plan on the timing chain tensioner needing to be replaced for the Audi 3.2L at that mileage ... it's like a 6 hour job apparently. So add another ~$2000.

I'm gutted, I ran into the seller at the mechanic's about 4 months ago, she saw me ogling it and told me she was going to sell it. I gave her my business card. I saw this come up today and I think I was the second person to contact her and it was already sold. The kicker was that she remembered me and couldn't find my business card when she went to post it.

The part that sucks the most is I bet you’ll have a chance to buy it again for 9k. Good deals never seem to make it into the hands of the people that will actually care for the car.

I get it, but I don't know why sellers just don't put as much info as they can up front. It would save them tons of tire kickers, especially when they say "no tire kickers."

On the topic of E30's, I sold my 87 IS for dirt cheap to one of the techs at CG. I was asking a reasonable price already but didn't really have time to be showing the car to multiple people. New owner nitpicked me over things I was up front about but bought the car sight unseen. M3 > IS. :fuckyea:
