Good luck!
Boston Green crew, represent!
Says it has ST coilovers. Should be able to easily adjust higher to stock-ish height.
heard from the owner but I can't make the meet up time. I suspect it will sell to the first person who sees it. I really hope somebody here gets it. Hell, I'll buy the supercharged setup if somebody just wants a clean NA car

Recent service
Great looking car - I get positive remarks all the time. Fast and fun.
I've owned the car since December of 2015. Originally from California, so the odometer is in miles. Vehicle is registered and insured and located in Vancouver.
Upgrades and maintenance during my ownership:
-Recent oil service and inspection (Liqui Moly 5w-40)
-New power steering lines, reservoir, fluid (2019)
-New cooling system: Radiator, water pump, hoses, lower temp thermostat, coolant (2017)
-New electric radiator fan (2017)
-New relays and sensors: low temp aux fan switch, IAT sensor, coolant temp sensor
-New spark plugs (2018)
-New Depo projector headlights, corner lights, fog lights (2016)
-New Morimoto HID bulbs (2020)
-New adjustable ST coilovers by KW (2016)
-New wheel spaces all around
-New tie-rods (2017)
-New windshield (2017) has a chip in it now
-New kidney grill (2016)
Overall the car is in good condition. As with any vehicle of this age there are exterior imperfections and mechanical quirks. The car is reliable and I often drive it to the islands, trips to the interior and into Alberta.
Price is $8,800
Please message me for more info or to set up an appointment to view.
Thanks for looking!
I'm mighty tempted, but I don't have 10k to burn right now

my brother goes through cars like underwear. prob his longest running daily was an ep3. it did everything really well for a daily driver. fuel economy, peppy, easy to park, comfortable, cargo space. it's a JDM GTI. I thought it was pretty fun to drive too. He would admit that his mistake was he started to mod it. It was a pain to lower, aftermarket exhaust made it a heatscore and the tuning he did (i think it was kpro) made it less driveable. Buy one - keep it stock.

drove a stock EP3 home as a demo before. had factory HFP kit on it.
it was great fun. super fun to toss around. squeals tires. seemed pretty roomy inside and the shifter was nice to use.
I think they're quite under rated. some of those EP3 civics could be had for under 4k. EK hatch backs nowadays are over 3k for a decent shell......... makes the EP3 a great bang for the buck honda hatch if you dont mind its looks and stupid suspension layout.

EP3 has been on my radar as they are cheap and a more powerful k20 can be dropped right in without any fab work.
It's a little more complicated than that. A friend dropped an RSX-S engine into one before, and I remember him saying that there is some sort of electrical upgrade that needs to happen as well for it to be 100% trouble-free.
With the pre-facelifted cars, I also think the stock brakes are too weak. The facelifted cars with the 5-lug switch comes with better brakes (taken out of the RSX), but I have never driven one of those facelifted cars before.

this is why my brother did the kpro conversion on his, so that it would be tune capable for the K swap. We got as far as having one in the corner of the garage on a pallet, but he sold the car.

Sonick is a genius. I won't go into detail what's so great about his post. But it's damn good!

The rear suspension design on the the EP3 / RSX is also very poor, although I no longer remember exactly why that was the case. In the competitive motorsports world, the generally accepted solution is to keep the rear spring rates as high as you can / tolerable, and keep the rear suspension from moving around too much.
