IMHO that is a much better buy at 14.5, will hold its value a lot better being a 2001 usdm front with red interior, vs. an itr about to hit 200k

I was wondering if this was the ITR for sale in Vic. He lives down the block from me. Very nice car and the owner is a big Honda fan. He has an EF, RDX and a TSX as well. Last year he had it up for sale but took it off the market.

Messaged him. I regret not jumping on the 01 with 50K km's that was for sale last year for $16k.

I like the way everyone's individual preferences is reflected in what they post in this thread.

For example; sdubfid posts sidekicks, kunoman posts muscle cars/trucks, CCA-Dave posts beetles, and GS8 posts mid-nineties GM cars... :suspicious:

Jgresch 12-14-2014 07:19 PM

It's probably because that's what they're usually searching on Craigslist haha, just like I usually only post Hondas

!Aznboi128 12-14-2014 07:57 PM

all the cars I post are manual under 2k, I get a feed everyday haha

1991 BMW M5

Didn't see this one posted, the price was 9500 a while ago, wonder if anything major is wrong with it. I really want it, but as usual all the good deals happen when I have no cash

Wow, surprised it hasn't sold. It can't be so horrible that it can't be fixed up to be reasonable driver for a $5-8K. Thing could be a classic with some work.

Wife would kill me if I got another car though. Anyone wanna buy my Miata?

Last one looks recent enough, looks like it has the olympics plates on it. The first and 3rd photo definitely have that grainy scanned photo look

underscore 12-15-2014 12:38 AM

The last 4 pics look more recent but the Olympic plates came out in April 2007, that pic could be 7/12 years old.

So, I was looking for an ISF on craigslist, and I found an 09 for $37K.
Here's the add on autotrader:
2009 Lexus IS F ISF PREMIUM PKG 2 for $37,000 in BURNABY | autoTRADER.ca

He used to have an add on craigslist, but he pulled it.

Guy says he has a clean car, no accidents. When I went to test drive, he stated that "the wheels had been stolen". I was expecting a comprehensive claim in the $5K-$10K max. I ran ICBC report and the car has a $33K vandalism claim on it. $33K! Anyways, he said that when the wheels were stolen, they had to replace all the brakes, calipers and a whole bunch of interior trim.

Lesson of the day, always run carproof or ICBC report.
I just don't understand why people can't be more upfront.
