Can't argue with the price, but the red seems a little lighter than what I remember Guards Red to be. Maybe a little faded.

Don't trust the photo for this sort of thing. A little over- or under-exposure will easily lighten or deepen the colours you see.

For colours like this, you have to see it in person to know what it is really like.

Probably repainted. The door handles are supposed to be black.

Why waste time putting a K20 into a EP3 it’s the same platform as the RSX just buy a RSX-S, they’re dirt cheap these days too

FYI the base models are 4 bolt, though many 5 bolt conversion options are available for relatively inexpensive.

Kind of misleading, as its just a head swap. Also, since B16 and Type R heads are the same casting, the only way to confirm it's an actual Type R head, would be to check the cams and if it's been ported.

Still seems like a good deal even if it's a B16 head, if everything else checks out.

4x the price of the one posted earlier, but this one is 1/3 the km and single owner. I'd say this is a more of a rare find > good buy.. but man would I want that in my garage

That’s Boston green. BRG only came on the 95 m3 GT.
It’s not cheap, but there’s no doubt that’s the kind of e36 that people are talking about when they say the “well one sold on BAT for 30k”
I think it’s where it’s at for one that checks all the boxes spec and condition wise.

It's got 1/2 the doors which helps the value immensely in my mind.

Not a single owner tho. Just one owner since 2003
