Speculation pricing. no different from the guys that flip new limited cars (ferrari *cough* ) |
I don't want to be poor anymore. I want to be Prince of BMW like Brian Jessel. |

will clean title mechanically sound Mclarens ever hit 30-40k? even if the interior is falling apart |

Except the F1 and P1. Speedtail is a maybe. They do not follow the same idea as Ferrari of building less than market demand. Screws the rest of the owners. |
Little rough around the edges but low kms and manual, would be a fun beater or more with some love Clean title - G35 - 6spd - $6k |
i hear from Mclaren owners shit is breaking every 10,000 km. i wonder how true that is,even ferrari has issues of shit breaking. |
all supercars have shit breaking at anytime. |
Perhaps if your engine doesn't burst into flames after every drive, then it's a worthy celebration to live another day. |
Driving a supercar sounds like what it would be like to date a supermodel. Amazing ride but you have to deal with super high maintenance shit all the time and dudes coming up to you joking to trade for their Chevy Cruze girlfriends. |
Probably sold by now: 2005 Honda S2000 (Not Running) $6,000 https://www.usedvictoria.com/classif..._36809044.lite https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/u...489330_614.jpg |
I'd love to do a 13B, K24/20 or EcoBoost swap into that. |
almost 7k views watch it relist tomorrow for 16k :ilied: |
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...0014875651904/ Bmw m6 rebuilt title DEFINITELY NOT a good buy but wow 285,000km on it, which caught my attention |

I guess you qualified it with high end performance brand... but several cars can perform at those levels, just not from high end brands I guess... ie: Chevy, Ford, Acura |
Well... we were talking about supercars, right? That's a little different than "just" high performance cars. You really need that brand prestige to elevate it to supercar status. IMO, AMG would definitely qualify for that brand prestige as well as the performance requirements, but then it'd fail the reliability portion that I think Porsches would do better on. High spec Corvettes, Camaros, and Mustangs, or NSX / Godzilla can be supercar fast, and the Japanese cars would offer some degree of reliability as well, but then they aren't there when it comes to the brand snobbery requirement. |
I didn’t post the S2000 here because it’s 160,000 miles, needs a new top and motor. Motor and trans are out of the car which makes it more of a pain. Top is $3-5k I hear. It’s been listed before I hear. |
That S2k would be good to make a bedframe out of. |

this thing would be an awesome hotrod and wayyyy more desireable to me than the slightly cheaper RHD cars that are showing up now. not really a pain if half the work is done (engine out) as long as OP hasn't touched any wiring. You're trailering it home anyways. if it was in vancouver i'd be all over it. VI missions are too much of a pain in the ass |
The plates on the S2000 look to show the last insurance as Sept 2018, so it's been sitting a while. Given the location and seeing it parked outside my concern would be the condition of the underside if it's been sitting on dirt in a damp part of the world for 2-8 years. That's a recipe for rust on the underside. |

Not a good buy, not a fail. Just funny and douchey. Dave from DDE selling his sclass with an interesting description lol Dave DDE - S class - $10k |
Fun fact. Dave used to post here as “team moot racer” The S2000 sold to an Island RS Moderator and fellow Honda nut. Truck, trailer and and a shop to bring it back to life. |
