This thing looks sweet. Price also seems decent! Might go check it out one of these days if it's not gone by then.

nice, I had a higher trimmed 4 door 88 Civic LX back in the day. Sold it for similar price and slightly higher mileage...back in 1999 lol

Wish it wasn't such a rust bucket though. Mine was rusting quite a bit in the trunk area....even though it had no accidents and I even resprayed the whole car!

That's my brother's car! Helping him sell it as he upgraded to an Integra. I did most of the servicing on it myself, and can show you the car. If you have any questions shoot me a PM  Treated it as if we were keeping it forever, and next step was supposed to be prepping it for paint this year, but decided to move on. We took our time searching for one that is as rust-free as possible, with low KM until this one popped up locally.

Good EF's are hard to come by.

someone should pick it up if they have an EF itch to scratch.

I took driving lessons in one. North Shore Driving School successfully poached a ton of Young Drivers business by having a fleet of del sols. Everybody I went to school with learned on them. I wish I had a pic of a dual control del sol.

Learners to full license in 5 weeks.

thread content - this is the cheapest manual N18 car I've seen

Good looks of the R56, w a more reliable "2nd gen" version of the troublesome N14. I'd like it a little more without the mods, but they're pretty basic, and it sounds like the owner has taken good care of it. Well written ad. Should've vacuumed it, but I'll let it slide. Fun daily

^ yah, that Camry ... bland as hell but it'll last till your great grandchild learns to drive. Pretty decent price. But oil leak ... how much to repair gasket?

tofu1413 01-15-2021 10:06 AM

Let it leak.

It'll keep running.

The 4cyl is cockroach spec.

The 3VZ in this blows head gaskets. Almost guaranteed before 200k. Valvecover leak is common and can be ignored. Transmission isn't great but they've replaced it already.
