I would expect TRD tunes them in house and if anything, the numbers are conservative to ensure reliability and longevity of the engine and related components to avoid lawsuits and warranty work. |

If this is a clean title car and everything else checks out, sounds like a pretty good deal for an E46 M3 with a 6 speed. https://scontent.fyvr4-1.fna.fbcdn.n...1d&oe=60323956 2002 BMW M3 Selling a 2002 BMW M3, coupe, 6 Speed Manual. Car is in excellent working order, it only has few minor cosmetic modifications (two tone paint as seen in photo, and blacked out grills). I have the full history of maintenance during my ownership. The car has had all recalls completed at local BMW dealerships, and all the standard M3 issues have been resoloved, vanos, subframe, rod bearing. If you have questions I can tell you all the details in this car, I've owned it for over 13 years. The car is fully loaded, including sunroof. The interior is in excellent condition for the age. Open to showing the car in person, as long as you come with mask and we respect distancing rules. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...code=undefined |

I actually had an RS3 on order but cancelled it when audi wouldn't warranty my cats. Who would've guessed Audi/VAG would throw their own customer under the bus when it came to an emissions problem LUL |

-Random electrical issue with the battery module, car stalled on the highway -DSG was getting clunkier and clunkier as mileage climbed up. Was almost undrivable in slow traffic cause of the jerk (I even did the dsg service twice..) -EPC light would come on time to time and go in limp mode. Would pull over restart the car and problem went away. No one was able to figure out WTF the issue was (No codes) -Coolant hoses suck, starting to eat up at 100k kms, had to replace bunch of hoses. -Mysterious coolant consumption to the point I got a compression test done thinking something happened to the motor when I overheated a bit from the thermo but numbers were fine. Couldn't figure this out I got mine at 75k kms, got rid of it at 136k.. Most of the issues above started occuring around 90k~110k. Car was surprisingly fine for the last bit until i sold it I've also heard of the cat issues on the B8/8.5. Usually happens when your car is tuned. There is a folk recently on VancouverAudi whos cat got clogged and eventually blew up the engine  Quote:

its got a pretty stout bottom end. the cam itself is for the exhaust side valves and the intake side was by a bunch of solenoids - a semi cam less engine head that was part of the "multi air" design Fiat was pushing. |
already sold. Holy crap that car looked clean. Quote:
