I'll take a shot even though I don't know anything about 200SX's
  • Water stain on the headliner suggests a potential leak
  • The panel gaps between both doors and the front fenders look like crap. That looks shady.
  • Other panel gaps throughout the car look like crap, like that rear bumper to left quarter panel for example.
  • That whole engine bay... too many to list, but those DIY electric connectors up front scare the hell out of me. It's easy to see overspray all over the place too so you can tell it was a shit paint job, even if you hadn't seen the rear bumper.
  • Lastly, buy the seller. This guy looks to be importing many pieces of crap to sell on craigslist... this does not inspire any confidence to me.

Looks like to be reasonably priced

It's a low mileage 2014 BMW 328D 4 cylinder diesel with 62,000km asking $18,900

I paid not much less a few years ago for my 2009 128i without sport pack which was a good deal at the time. 10k doesn't seem to overpriced especially for relatively low KMs.

Or get this for half the price. A little more weight, but you also get a little more power. With a few small OEM+ mods it handles beautifully (namely M3 control arms).
Used to have an E90 330i and it was a great daily

Great price but no pics of engine bay. Seems obvious but just make sure this actually is the supercharged SS. I’ve seen sooo many ads that claim it by people who don’t know anything, but it’s clearly the base model SS lol

You can just swap the intake manifold and the 128i will make the same power

True, but that will make it more than double the price of this example. Both are great cars, just depends on budget and purpose.

That thing started on CL at like 10k iirc. It’s been for sale and/or swapped hands a lot the last few years.

Edit: could be a different car? I don’t remember the supercharger but the one I’m thinking of was a 4 door Boston green that looked identical

Same car. Sat for months at $8500. No fuckin chance at 18K. Maybe if it was nice.
It's also 190k miles iirc.
To be fair 8.5k was a steal even in rough shape, but new owner's been watching too many BAT auctions.
