Pricing is all over the freaking place, you have rusted out 400K examples going for 5,000 but does this automatically mean this is worth almost half of a brand new one?
That's the backdrop Silver Arrow uses for all their BAT listings. Probably giving the local market a go before listing it on there.

-no rust
-Comes with colour matched hard top in amazing condition, no headliner/defrost
-soft top is still installed but many tears in fabric around door frames. Needs replacement if going to use
-power windows, mirrors
-swapped black seats and carpet, original tan interior door panels and dash
-manual swap done in 2017. Check engine light and hold light (overdrive) on ever since. Not an issue, due to having automatic ECU
-approx 5" crack on right side of windshield (pictured). Hasn't expanded since initial crack in ~2017
-raceland coilovers
-front and rear lips
-new battery few months ago
-noisy exhaust- needs new muffler
-new tires last year

Interest in that black Miata was middling, not a slam dunk... I emailed him (or her? The name I got back was Mickey which could be a guy or a girl I guess) said I could come yesterday afternoon or today... I was working so I couldn’t yeterday, but I asked about today and they said they have a deposit on it already.
So it’s likely gone... owner said he/she used to have an AW11 MR2 and a 92 Prelude as well.
Agreed, not a good buy. These guys are just fishing, or maybe trying to push market value up, dumb. The first one uses pics he found online, might both even be fake ads.
There are 2 2012 k24 sedan si for $12,xxx now. And all kinds of 8 gen si coupes for really, really cheap now.

Would be interesting to see what non-collectors cars seem to be staying flat or even appreciating.
For instance, I just sold my 2007 Rav4 V6 to the first offer for $400 less of what I paid for it 5 years ago. Probably could've gotten more if I was more patient.

The last absolutely perfect one (facelift, silver on black, 110,000 KM) Sold at Audi Vancouver for $11k this time last year. Have not seen one on the market since.
