if no accidents this is not a bad deal...97 R's are OG and pretty desirable...even though i dont get why everyone loves that dated/cheap looking front bumper

I saw the car. Had some battle scars and kinda beat up but overall it wasn't bad. Interior was nice and had the badge. Looked like it had Tein coils with dampening control. T1R header back, rear battery mount. The spare tire area had been sprayed with a coating of some sort; which was kind of a turn off for me. Didn't run any car checks on it though so can't comments about accidents but it looked straight. I'd snatch it up in a second if the timing was better for me. It would make the perfect track rat.

The desirability comes from the low production numbers at only 320 built in North America and it's rawness(no rear wiper, no a/c option). There's one in Florida with way more mileage for $12k but the market is better for ITR's in the US.

twitchyzero 05-21-2014 09:17 PM

yeah no kidding...track car ready to go and not have to worry about battle scars. Did you drive it and the engine still pulled strong?
320 were allotted to US...total MY97 for north america was ~500

This truck is a steal, it's the best 1972-87 C10 on Craigslist and one of the least expensive. I don't like Chevy blue but I'd buy this truck. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/pm...429866931.html

If my memory serves me correct the first NSX television commercial in 89 was a red one. Can recall the other one around 96 with this same green paint? If this thing doesn't blow up after a few years, darn it, might not be a bad deal.

??? HATE YOUR NEIGHBORS???? - $1900

Hate your neighbors but worried about the repercussions of burning their garage or killing their cat ? Why not park a big ugly rv in your yard ? Even better invite your alcoholic brother-in-law to move into it lol I have just the ticket for u , a 1985 empress class A motorhome ... has a replacement targetmaster 454 in it . starts with a touch of the key (actually screwdriver at the moment) rides like you're on a cloud , (well more like a bowl of jello) , stops.. interior is pretty clean for its age. Has rear bedroom just steps from the master bathroom with shower (which is conveniently located in the kitchen) the kitchen has a 4 burner stove , sink and 3 way fridge. It's a very friendly rig since the fenders and body panels flap and wave at passersby on the highway. It really gets looks out on the road.. (mostly from horrified motorists wondering how the ministry of transport let this beast out on a public road) If you have a piece of undeveloped land and you're not handy with a hammer this is just the ticket - drive it on , put it in park - instant cottage! If after reading this and you're still interested shoot my an e-mail (then seek help!) Thanks for looking
