Who wants a reliable wagon with a stick?

1995 Toyota Corolla wagon - $5,500

https://vancouver.craigslist.org/rds...367631114.html

https://images.craigslist.org/00S0S_...2_1200x900.jpg

YES, i know $5500 is a lot but it's a manual rolla wagon!
YES, plates and ad make it look like a curber as there's 4km from the screenshot ad

68style 08-20-2021 09:00 PM

Haha yah few scrapes and dents too... $3500-4000 seems more reasonable.

tofu1413 08-21-2021 11:57 AM

^ this.

but $4000 for a cockroach car... thatll probably last until the drop of fossil fuel gets burned.

not a bad car to have.

If it was literally any other color combo it'd be worth over asking.

Did they even make that gen corolla in any other colour

68style 08-22-2021 02:45 PM

price is LOL, even more so since it's an autotragic, but when was the last time you saw one of these that didn't have 2 million kms on it parked on a street in Surrey with duct tape on a bumper?

Here's a rare one that one will care about

https://vancouver.craigslist.org/rds...365182738.html

08 Pathfinder but instead of the 4L V6 this has a 5.6L V8

https://images.craigslist.org/00v0v_...G_1200x900.jpg

It can tow 7000lbs with 310 hp and 388lb-ft of torque and 12MPG city (19.6L/.100km)

MT review - https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/0...hfinder-se-v8/

68style 08-22-2021 09:24 PM

Someone on here had one of those I think? I remember someone posting about it and saying it was a 1 year only model. Pretty cool.

underscore 08-22-2021 09:56 PM

19.6L/100km unloaded? Ouch.

JDMDreams 08-22-2021 09:59 PM

I've kinda wanted the Qx70? Or the Armada to roll over everything but gas prices and I think they were known to clog cats

That's fine, someone will come by and do a cat delete for you anyways.

My parents had one, same year, with the 4.0l V6, it got 18.8l/100km.

underscore 08-23-2021 01:50 PM

Do they come with the ebrake stuck on or something? The only thing I've driven that's worse than that was an Avalanche that got 22L/100km highway.

Meanwhile my diesel Grand Cherokee could tow 7500lbs and it got 13L/100km untuned and 10L/100km tuned.

!Aznboi128 08-23-2021 03:19 PM

lol, diesel grand Cherokee is kinda on another level that said I think the Pathfinder 4L was rated better than 18L/100km.

The thing I found hilarious is they replaced the Pathfinder with an F150 with a 5.0l, that averaged 15.2 l/100km. Much larger truck, much larger and WAY more powerful engine, way more capable, and got roughly ~25% better fuel economy, which is HUGE. Oh, and then Nissan turned the pathfinder into a CVT minivan. So there's that. Lol.

It was only available for 2008 in Canada.

It's capable of better fuel economy than the V6 because of the extra power.

In 50/50 driving I'm getting 18.0L/100km.
Driving to Kelowna and back I can avg. 12.5-13, less if I maintain 110 all the way.
It beats my friends 2020 Civic SI in a drag race and sounds great doing it. Also great fun in the snow in 2WD mode.

BMW 325e 1986 - $3,000

Seems like a decent deal in today's market if it's real.

That is likely a fake ad... even for the E model........ it's way too clean and relatively low mileage.

westopher 08-23-2021 08:12 PM

And collector plates too? Somebody “knows what they have”

jing 08-23-2021 09:05 PM

I sold my 87 IS for a bit over that price. Probably why it was gone in 20 minutes, sight unseen.

SkunkWorks 08-23-2021 09:11 PM

Has a BMWCCA decal on the quarter window too so definitely knows what they got and is a fake ad.
