I am ... nice, low kms but that's a big ask at $6250. And the 1.8T is probably the better option?

While the 1.8T has more potential, the VR6 sounds amazing. Let's be honest it's a 4th gen GTI, it's not racing anyone.

Weird that he goes out of his way to say highway kms which is usually something someoe says for high mileage but it only has 116k?

that's probably the ballpark if the mileage is accurate, the car is unmolested and the body is good.

24v VR is stout and 6 speed is nice

i found those late model ones always hover around the 2-3k mark.

but then again... 5k gets you a G35....

3k for a g20t is about right. I've seen regular G20 for less but not the t(touring) model.
