MY 2000 is the cut off. if it's 99 or older it's a non issue.
also, call an agent and finesse them into telling you the book value. you may be surprised how low it is depending on the car

In all seriousness, this is an interesting piece of Italian trash that I'd love to add to my steed. But sadly, I am too far away for this and Vancouver truly is not the right place to be owning this Italian piece of mess.
