Seller's Description
3100cc in-line 6 cylinder MS52 M engine.
Have owned this car since 2002.
Top Gear tv show “Best Driver’s car of the Year” 2000.
Looks like a nice enough car but it's also got the welfare motor which is a fair bit less desirable. It's generally the S54 cars that go full mental pricing.

No doubt the S54 is better, but the S52 is still decent.
At this age and on the road I doubt you'll be sitting there feeling like your S52 is a piece of junk. It's very enjoyable to rev and pull through the gears.
If you're buying the Z3M coupe for the track then you're buying the wrong car.
Doesn't seem to bad of a deal considering how much cars are now, super low production numbers and will be a rare collectors for sure. Nice summer cruiser.
buddy just sent me this - he was considering it. seller will take 11k
need 320IanCar to say if it's a good buy or not. i don't track any blue oval monies
super fun cars tho
I just sold mine after 3.5 years. The car is definitely super fun, but it desperately needs a LSD. I put one in mine and it makes a massive difference to the driving experience.
The dowsides to the car are that it is still based on a super cheap car and made in Mexico, so don't expect much from the interior. Reliability was ok at best. No problems with the drivetrain, but the rest was small, dumb shit that eventually started to drive me crazy.
I agree they do some good work... putting entire cars together is not 1 of those works tho lol
The Mexicans do a better job putting a VW together than the Americans though. The Chattanooga products are horribly put together, way worse than any Mexican ones.
Americans / Canadians generally do a shit job. My Canadian built lexus RX is quite a bit worse than my entire fleet of J vin lexuseseses. Squeaks, rattles, and general laziness are apparent in its assembly.
Just look at the lazy ass cut from this headliner sunroof opening. I mean yeah, nobody will ever see it, but all the J Vin Lexus RX's have a nice clean finish. Not this raggedy piece of shit cut.
I heard the shanghai built teslas are also better than the American built ones.

I can agree with that based on my parent's MIC Model Y. Everything feels tighter and better put together compared to the American versions - no squeaks or rattles anywhere.
Considering a base model civic is now 30k. 50k for a legend of automotive excellence is a fucking steal. I’d buy it but I got no place to store it. And even if I bought it I wouldn’t want to drive it too much as any scratched or accidents totally ruin the value of these collector items.
