Yeah that's pretty steep. It's in great shape but I imagine the market for them is fairly small. I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing more like it pop up too, given the demographic that was buying them new.

The seller should've taken the $37k - there's nothing special about it to warrant more money. There's no heritage, performance chops, or broad appeal for its value to balloon in the future.

My problem with these ultra low mileage cars is that you are basically killing the resale value if you drive it at all. You aren't really able to fully enjoy the car IMO. If you want to experience an SC430 close to factory showroom condition, then that would be fine.

i was only interested at the 27-30k price point. I think its sort of fair at around there, given the condition, but at 37k, and still not hitting reserve is utterly insane.

As Radeon said, there isnt anything inherently special about this vehicle.

I honestly don't want a car with such low km, as wouldn't every seal be leaking once you drive it, or it's already leaking.

Are you gonna drive it like you stole it? Or is it too nice to take out or rack up any km or get damaged so you just store it. Then buy another one with higher milage to drive:pokerface::troll:
